1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the use of the software applications, APIs and technology integrations developed and operated by Organization and Direction of Events S.L. («OYDE»).
OYDE develops internal software solutions to support its business operations and the management of its services.
2. Internal Use
The applications and integrations covered by these Terms are intended exclusively for the internal operational use of Organización y Dirección de Eventos S.L.
Access is limited to authorized employees and collaborators acting on behalf of the company.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and for granting only the permissions necessary for the proper operation of the authorized services.
3. Third-Party Services
Some functionalities may integrate with third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to:
- OpenAI
- Microsoft
- Mailgun
When a user authorizes one of these integrations, the corresponding third-party provider processes the information only within the permissions explicitly granted by the user and in accordance with its own terms and privacy policies.
4. Data Processing
OYDE only accesses and processes the information strictly necessary to provide the requested functionality.
No information is collected or processed beyond what is required for the operation of the authorized services.

5. Intellectual Property
All software, APIs, applications, documentation and related materials developed by OYDE remain the exclusive property of Organization and Direction of Events S.L.
Nothing in these Terms grants any ownership rights over the software or related intellectual property.
6. Service Availability
OYDE makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and reliability of its software and integrations.
However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed, particularly where services depend on third-party providers or external systems beyond OYDE’s control.
7. Limitation of Liability
OYDE shall not be liable for interruptions, delays or failures caused by third-party platforms, external services or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Users acknowledge that certain functionalities depend on external providers and their respective service availability.
8. Changes to these Terms
OYDE reserves the right to update these Terms of Service whenever necessary.
The latest version will always be available on this page.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain.
Any dispute arising from the use of these services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
