OYDE Internal ERP
OYDE Internal ERP is the internal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform developed and operated by Organization and Direction of Events S.L. (OYDE).
The platform is designed exclusively for the internal use of authorized employees and collaborators to manage the company’s daily operations, including customer management, event organization, supplier coordination, communications and administrative processes.
As part of its functionality, OYDE Internal ERP integrates with selected Google services after explicit authorization from each employee. These integrations are used solely to support business operations and improve workflow efficiency.
The Google Contacts integration allows the ERP to create, update and remove customer contact information within the authorized employee’s own Google Contacts account. This functionality is used to facilitate customer communication and operational management.
OYDE Internal ERP is not available to the general public and is intended exclusively for internal business use by Organization and Direction of Events S.L.

These integrations are only used after explicit user authorization and exclusively for the purposes described above.
